My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was convenient for our visit, right off the highway with a mall and restaurants nearby, but the fire alarm issue made our stay quite unpleasant. The rooms were visibly dirty with trash and hair, yet they did come equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff, although helpful, tended to be quite loud in public areas. The breakfast was good but lacked enough employees to handle the guests efficiently.

The hotel is conveniently close to Lynchburg, VA, near restaurants and bars, and quite close to Liberty University. The rooms were small, limiting movement, and lacked handicap access. The large windows covered with torn butcher paper were disappointing, but the friendly staff was a positive aspect.

The room was so small that I could barely move except to get to the bed. The master suite with a king-sized bed lacked handicap access, which was inconvenient.

The service was very attentive, and the manager even found me a Styrofoam to make coffee in my room. Additionally, she offered a free night's stay for another date and provided her personal cell phone number for assistance.
